I've posted some screencaps from the Fifth Doctor serial #124, Arc of Infinity, to the Image Gallery at Twisting Time.
As always, feel free to download and use for making icons, fanart, etc., but please do not link directly to these images or re-post them elsewhere.
I've put a few samples behind the cut, the rest (260) may be found starting here (click on the thumbnails for the larger versions) -- including a link to a 20mb zip file of all the caps for this serial.
